Swizzle — the symmetric skating stroke

The classic symmetric swizzle — both feet push out and draw back in together, and that cycle is the propulsion.
Different from general skating
Rollers learns generic velocity tracking and finds its own way to push. Swizzle learns one specific, symmetric stroke.
The symmetry is the point: a swizzle mirrors the two feet simultaneously, where general skating alternates. That makes it steadier and easier to sustain, at the cost of weaker turning.
When to train it
When you want something that visually reads as skating rather than merely as forward motion. The output is closer to performance than to general-purpose driving.
