Has the robot sweep for wireless networks in range.

Note that the robot is scanning, not returning a cached previous result, so it takes a few seconds. That also means it reflects the signal at the robot’s antenna — which can differ a lot from what your phone sees, especially with the robot under a desk or beside metal.
