Which SSID the robot is on, the signal strength, and its addresses.

What it actually answers

When chasing “I cannot reach the robot”, this answers “does the robot believe it is on the network” — a different question from whether you can ping it from outside.

If you cannot ssh in at all, you cannot run it. For that case go over Bluetooth: duckctl wifi status needs no network on the robot at all. See duckctl.
