Renames the robot.

When it is not optional

A robot that has never been renamed calls itself duck- plus four characters from its serial. But one situation forces a rename: a board whose bootloader leaves the serial blank falls back to naming itself after its hostname, and every board flashed from one image has the same one.

duckctl then errors rather than making you choose:

After renaming

A rename does not follow the DUCK_ROBOT variable on your laptop — change it by hand, or every later command looks for a name that no longer answers.

macOS also caches the old name for a while, so duckctl scan and Bluetooth settings both lag.
