Goes back to the previous version on purpose.

Automatic rollback already exists

Worth knowing first: the health gate rolls back on its own when it does not pass, with no action from you. This command is for the case where the build installed, came up, and you do not want it.

Pushing a build of your own and finding the behaviour wrong is the usual reason.
